With the renovation of the West Hill Apartments, Facilities Management completes the renovation of all three of the university’s apartment communities.
The project, completed in 2016, has fully renovated five apartment buildings, housing 236 students.
The project is completely transforming the exteriors of each building, including new stair enclosures, siding, windows and entries. The interiors are getting upgraded electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and internet service. The apartment themselves are getting new wall finishes and improved lighting and bathrooms.
New exterior community gathering spaces will be developed as part of the project, including a small recreation field. The community is supported by the adjoining Residential Community Center, with large communal rooms, meeting spaces and laundry facilities.
