University Center Plaza Construction

Contractors working on the University Center second floor plaza will be applying a new waterproofing coating to the plaza between 6 AM and 8 PM on Saturday, September 14th. The product being applied produces an odor similar to asphalt which we expect to be largely imperceptible for most of the day but may be noticeable at times, especially outside of the adjacent buildings.  This work is expected to be completed on Saturday but may continue into Sunday morning should the contractor encounter any issues.
